So you have 24 hours for Vegas as I did? here is Las Vegas Perfect 24 hours itinerary – Kids approved!

Planning a family trip to Las Vegas with your kids? Contrary to popular belief, Las Vegas is not just for adults. With a bit of planning, you can have a fun, kid-friendly, and memorable time in the city that never sleeps. I visited with kids and. Here’s my perfect 24-hour itinerary packed with food, entertainment, and unique experiences that both kids and teens will love!

Morning: Start with a Unique Brunch in Las Vegas at the Sugar Factory

We found this place checking reviews of good places for kids and wow they were right. This place is not juts fun also food is delicious. Kick off your day with a one-of-a-kind brunch at the famous Sugar Factory. The vibrant atmosphere and whimsical menu items make it a hit for kids and adults alike.

What We Ordered: Sugar Factory Rainbow Sliders: Mini burgers with colorful buns pickle, onions and a delicious signature sauce yum yum. Sampler Platter: A shareable plate with crispy chicken fingers, buffalo wings, mac and cheese pops, and onion rings. Milkshakes: The Campier Spike S’more Milkshake was insane  and Tie Dye Milkshake were both hits! Strawberry Lemonade Smash: A refreshing drink perfect for a hot day.

 You can find on the menu  the flaming hot Cheetos burger, we almost ordered but choose to order salmon and salad. I like to eat light during hot days. It was delicious.

For appetizer we share the sample Platter was so good came with crispy chicken fingers, buffalo wings, Mac pops and onion and the dipping sauces were delicious.

Midday: Explore Area 15

After brunch, head to Area 15, an immersive entertainment complex filled with art installations, interactive experiences, and VR adventures.

Must-See Attractions in Area 15:

• AR Dodgeball: A virtual reality twist on dodgeball.
• Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart: An interactive art exhibit disguised as a quirky supermarket.
• Flight Simulators: Perfect for older kids and teens.
• Interactive Art Installations: Unique sculptures and exhibits that spark curiosity and creativity.

Admire the fun sculptures there. There is even a huge kaleidoscope room you can get in. Inside this place you find amazing experiences: AR Dodgeball, Army of Dead, immerse VR experience, Flight Simulators, Observatory sky, Interactive Immerse Art like Meow Wold omega mart, Seated VR ride, Van Ghost experience, Seated VR rode and more. This place is insanely perfect for hours and hours of entertainment, is not cheap but if you are into experiences for your teen and kid instead of toys this a place you must visit or even your date not many places like this.

Afternoon: Dive into Omega Mart

Omega Mart (Inside Area 15) is a must-visit immersive art experience by Meow Wolf. It’s an extraordinary mix of an art exhibit, interactive story, and escape room adventure.

What it is? This is 52,000 square foot interactive art immerse experience for ALL ages. Created by underrepresented, international and Local artists. Everything is up for imagination here, but warning it is not for everyone. Also it can be over stimulating for some people sensitive to noise and lights that can lead to seizures. 

When you are here you participate and explore and extraordinary supermarket that leads you into surreal worlds and unexpected landscapes. You feel like you are traveling through the multiverse.

First is the supermarket area where you find trippy products or someone called “one of a kind product”. If you get a $3 card you get clues to follow the underlying mystery/story that you can try to follow along with (allows you to log into the computers to look at videos and files, and answer/make phone calls) 
It could take lot of time to understand it but keeps you interacting. I don’t think we quite understand it but trying to find it lead us to explore more with a goal. Even if you have no clue what’s going on with Dramcore, Source, or the Leadership Ascension Program, the atmosphere is incredible and captivating for any age. 

You get to discover portals into unknown areas. Once you are inside the experience, there is no time limit. There are different areas one is the market (find the tattoo chicken and scary movie ham 🤣)and the portals are fun like a fridge or a locker that transfer in a portal door you go through a different dimension, then you have the factory, dramcopr, and the Seven monolith village that is a gorgeous display of art while you looking for clues you can take a break and enjoy this art show that I found quiet peaceful on the middle of chaos.

Cost: $50 entry fee plus $3 for the optional interactive card to solve the mystery.

Evening: Visit the Venetian Hotel

We wrap up your day with a trip to the Venetian Hotel and Wander through the beautiful canals, grab some gelato, and admire the architecture that transports you to Italy.

Things to Do at the Venetian:

• Enjoy a gondola ride (indoor and outdoor options available).
• Visit Buddy V’s Ristorante for a family-friendly dinner.
• Stop by the Venetian Patisserie for pastries and coffee.

Have dInner at Buddy restaurant (inside Venetian) and explore the strip.

After exploring if you guys are hungry go back to the strip and Check out the Venetian hotel and feel like you are traveling somewhere else! Make sure to get a gelato and yummy pastries.

There is so much to see there. My kid really like the volcano show and the water show at the Bellagio. Have you ever thought that Las Vegas can be so much fun for families?

Gondola rides at The Venetian Vegas. I do it on every visit, haha, cannot get enough of it. They have indoor and outdoor rides with very different vibes. I suggest trying both 🛶

It’s a great spot to base your family trip, especially if you want to stay in the heart of the Strip and keep the kids entertained.

Inside, there’s a huge arcade to keep everyone entertained, and you’re just a short walk away from Hershey’s Chocolate World and M&M’s World, which are must-visits if you’ve got a sweet tooth (or kids who do). It’s got that big-city vibe with plenty of fun packed in—perfect for families who want excitement without straying far from the Strip action.

💦 The Mirage

If you want something centrally located on the Strip that still feels like a bit of a tropical escape, The Mirage is a great pick for families. It has spacious rooms, a beautiful pool area with waterfalls, and one of the most unique attractions on the Strip—Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat. Your kids can see dolphins, white tigers, and other exotic animals right on-site! 

Just a heads-up though: The Mirage is currently transitioning into the new Hard Rock Hotel, with the change expected to be complete by 2025. So it’s worth checking ahead for updates—but for now, it’s still a great family-friendly stay!

If you’re looking for something family-friendly but also a little luxurious, I’d totally recommend The Venetian or The Palazzo,  These two sister hotels offer spacious suites—perfect if you need room to spread out with the kids—and there’s a ton to do without even leaving the property.

One of the coolest experiences? Indoor gondola rides along their Grand Canal! It feels like a mini trip to Venice. 🎭 The Grand Canal Shoppes are also fun to walk through—there’s often live music or little performances that make it feel extra special. Plus, the overall vibe is calm, clean, and elegant, so you can enjoy some peaceful moments even in busy Vegas.

It’s perfect for families because the suites are condo-style and come with full kitchens and even washer/dryers—which is a game changer when you’re traveling with kids. You can easily cook meals, do laundry mid-trip, and just settle in without feeling cramped. Plus, it’s on the north end of the Strip, so you’re close enough to the action but still get a quieter, more relaxed vibe. Great for families who want space and flexibility!

Kid Policies at Popular Vegas Hotels

Not all hotels in Las Vegas cater equally to families, so it’s important to know which ones are more welcoming to children. Here’s a quick snapshot of some well-known hotels and their general kid-friendliness:

My husband and I loved the blast-from-the-past feel, and it’s perfect for picking up something new (or old) to play as a family. Another must-see for gamers is A Gamer’s Paradise, known for its wide selection of retro video games and systems—ideal for older kids or nostalgic parents. Got a book lover in the crew? Don’t skip The Amber Unicorn, a charming used bookstore packed with treasures.

If your crew has a sweet tooth, M&M World and the Coca-Cola Store on the Strip are hits for all ages. And when you need a break from walking, hop on one of the free trams that connect hotels—kids love the ride, and your feet will thank you.
