I will share this from the most budget friendly to the more expensive ones.
CAMPGROUNDS WHERE TO STAY IN YOSEMITE
Upper Pines Campground
This is the biggest of Yosemite Valley Campsites. It is open year-round, and is known for its incredible views of El Capitan and Half Dome.
Reservations are required and typically are reserved at least five months in advance. Picnic tables, fire rings & food-storage lockers are available.
North Pines Campground
This campground is open from April to October with paved roads, flush toilets, food lockers and drinking water. Each campsite contains a picnic table and fire ring.
Camp 4
This camp is located on Tioga Pass Rd inside the park. It is a campsite with 36 shared walk-in sites for tents only (sleeping in vehicles is not allowed). A parking permit is required from spring through fall. You will receive a free parking permit upon registering. Campsites are available only by daily lottery for late May through early September, one day in advance, via recreation.gov. For more information click here.
Tamarack Flat Campground:
Tamarack Flat Campground is located in Yosemite National Park about 20 miles from the Valley, at an elevation of 6,300 feet. There are 52 campsites and all are reserved under a first-come first-served basis. There is a 3 mile unpaved road leading from the main road downhill to the campground.
LODGE WHERE TO STAY IN YOSEMITE
Housekeeping Camp
Located in the Yosemite Valley near Curry Village with easy access to shuttles. Housekeeping Camp is one of the more inexpensive lodging options for visitors to Yosemite National Park who want to stay in the Valley.
Perfect for those who like camping, but don’t want to set up a tent. I love that is close to the Merced River and amazing views of El Capitan.
It has parking, laundry, and store. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed. The camp is open from April through October and is one of the most popular places to stay in the valley. It is not open year round, and you need to make reservations 6 month in advance for stays on the weekends. Reservations typically fill up on the first day they become available.
Housekeeping Camp has 266 units and It has been running at 50% of capacity. Six people can fit in every unit and hey have a bunk bed or double bed, table, chairs, mirror, electrical lights and outlets. You just need to bring your sleeping sleeping bags and pillows or rent them there.
It cost around about $100 to $150 per night. Yosemite View Lodge is $207 per night and up, and the Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is $436 per night and up.
Curry Village
In camp Curry you find cabins, tent cabins and standard rooms, which are simple but heated.
Also, there is a seasonal pool and bear-proof food storage lockers.

Yosemite Valley Lodge
This rustic glass-and-wood-fronted lodge offering views of Yosemite Falls is a mile from the Yosemite Valley Visitor Center and 4 miles from the El Capitan rock formation. Book this place in advance. Like, a year in advance!
White Wolf Lodge
This is collection of rustic cabins surrounded by pine trees along Tiago Road close to the Toulumme River. It is an ideal starting place for hikes to Lukens and Harden Lakes. It has 24 canvas-tent cabins and four traditional wood cabins with private baths.
White Wolf Lodge is a great place if you like no-frills wood and canvas-covered cabins in Yosemite National Park. It also happens to have a casual restaurant.
Toulumme Meadow Lodge
This is a seasonal, bare-bones lodge offering canvas cabins, shared bathrooms & a free local shuttle. The Tuolumne Meadows Lodge is located 60 miles from Yosemite Valley at over 8,700 feet above sea level. Here, you’ll find 69 canvas-tent cabins that are available from mid-June to mid-September, conditions permitting.
It is situated next to the Tuolumne River and near Tuolumne Meadows. It’s the perfect place to settle in after hiking in Yosemite—or before embarking on an extended backpacking trip
The Ahwahnee Hotel
This is a luxury hotel inside Yosemite with an amazing view of El Capitan and close to all amenities. Yes, it’s super comfortable for those who want the luxury experience. There are 266 rooms, each of which will sleep up to 6 people. All the rooms are the same, with two bunk beds and a double bed. Each room is concrete with 3 solid walls and a curtain for the fourth “wall”. You’ll have excellent views of Yosemite Falls and Half Dome.

Our stay in Evergreen Lodge – A Great Experience:
In our last trip to Yosemite we stayed just outside Yosemite at the Evergreen Lodge.
This is a little out of the way, but when you get there, you know you are in the right place. We absolutely loved our stay there. This place is located by the Big Oak Flat entrance. It is a place that combines nature with comfort.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the region.
As soon as we arrived there we enjoyed the pool, and I wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the spa.
Yes, they even had a massage cabana!
If we could have stayed longer, we could have used a session there, especially after our long hike.

The service at the restaurant was a little bit slow, apparently from staffing shortages. However, we love the food! and we needed to make reservations for dinner every night.
The restaurants in Yosemite Valley were super full and the food typically is not the great. We were happy to go back to the Evergreen Lodge and enjoy this place.
Even though our visit was short, we enjoyed our stay there immensely.

The kids definitely enjoyed the pool, wooden playground and ziplinning. At night we enjoyed making some marshmallows at the bonfire and we were surprise by a little silver fox that loves marshmallows and bits of graham cracker and chocolate, and is a current guest of the resort.
